Absolutely great win, which was in spite of our woeful CB’s and McT. BTW, anyone else hear that ABU Wright say that “no way was that a free kick” when Cavani was BRUTALLY fouled and led to the goal? Of course, he’d have stayed on his feet wouldn’t he? i wouldnt really call that foul "brutal" foul yes and very smart from cavani, but not brutal. Keep up bud😂😂

To be honest I'm fed up of hearing that whining cunt and all of the rat fanbase whining about injuries or being burnt out. Every team has to deal with it so get on with it, they're not the first team to ever have injuries, they won't be the last. It's part of the game. We had plenty last season, didn't hear us fucking whining like they are this season. Its down to Klopp's squad management, which has played it part in his players getting injured. They were very lucky last season not getting any injuries. This season its back down to earth with a thud...and its fucking brilliant. Moaning about conceding goals etc...They've conceded less without him. Moaning about scoring goals...They've scored the most in the league. Theres always an excuse with them, you just can't win. Always the victims of something. He completely ignores that they were obscenely lucky with injuries last year - in turn meaning his key players got played more - in turn meaning they became more susceptible to injury this season. Combine with the lack of pre-season and general fall in fitness for all teams, and the injuries they've faced (perhaps bar VVD's long layoff) were pretty much expected and overdue. Still acts like he's the only manager to have ever had key players unavailable though.

i wasnt disappointed when we signed him but also not extremely excited. it felt more like a fuck up from the glazers and ed. but this man proves to be a massive signing. i think not only his goals and contributions on the pitch are so important but also his personality and experience behind the scenes and all the details our young forwards can learn from him. delighted we went for him in the summer.

Cavani well on his way to cult hero status. I'm amazed by his workrate. Always knew he was a great goalscorer but the typical merc, free agent, 30+ signing only interested in a big fat pay packet he is not. His enthusiasm and passion is infectious. Also still an excellent footballer.
What a player for these younger guys in the squad, particularly in the attack, to have to look up to.

the most annoying thing about the Cavani signign is we didnt sign him earlier. although he could be massive for us in the 2nd half of the season after not playing too much in the first half.
