Rashford is most effective from the left that's his position that's the position he plays that should be the only place ole plays him. The same is happening with greenwood getting stuck in the right, he's a forward and the only place he should be playing is up top, playing players out of position will just do more damage long term. I absolutely agree with this, particularly with Rashford. He's playing crap and his demeanour isn't great but it's just counterproductive playing your best players out of position. Get Diallo in on the right ASAP, Cavani/Greenwood rotating up top with Rashford left and if Martial has any designs on a future here it's providing competition for Rashford, even if I'd be more than happy to see him binned off.

Shite as expected, still just the one pen scored against any "top 6" rival in the league. Ole's at the wheel though so everything's fine.
Next few weeks massive if this bunch of chancer's want to show they have any balls to at least try and push City a little. Southampton, Everton and Newcastle at home and West Brom away. I demand 12 points from those 4 games, anything less is bullshit. Don't care if Everton and Southampton are having good seasons, we've exhausted our points dropped at home tally already this season, the remaining games need to all be wins.
Straight after that run it's Chelsea and City away so get on the edge of your seats for two of the most exciting and unpredictable 0-0's you'll see.

All of our forward options have been utter garbage for a while now. Martial, Rashford, Greenwood and now Cavani. In his defence, at least Cavani is still making intelligent runs and is putting in the work required to play up front, chasing lost causes, tracking back etc. The other three don’t look bothered, are making the wrong decision pretty much every time, and couldn’t hit the proverbial with that there stringed instrument, but bc there’s no competition and 2/3 of them have to play up top, they’ve grown complacent. “Like I said, competition is very healthy for the squad, it’ll push everyone even more because everyone wants to play.” Luke Shaw on the Telles signing. Sign a proper RW (Sancho) and bring Diallo straight into the first team. Put these slackers on notice that they’re not guaranteed matches if they don’t pick it up. We didn’t want to pay the extra 10 mill to get Sancho though. Instead we spent 35 million for a player who now sits in the Zaha seat It’s almost like accountants shouldn’t be allowed to make football decisions.

To para-phrase the great Ted Lasso, “God didn’t create games to end in ties”. Glad I sat this one out, it’s the hope that kills you!

Its not a loss but fuck me we should have won that. Martial can seriously fuck off. Also blame Ole for that because he should brought vdb on. All thst hard work is coming undone. Why Martial today though? I thought several players had much worse games. Rashford looked like he couldn’t beat my Gran today. Martial is the designated lightning rod. Narrative is he's lazy and shit so that's all some people see.

Don’t think VdB would’ve made any difference today, but on the whole, I think more rotation would help in times like this. Not so much to rest players, which wouldn’t hurt, but to keep the squad hungry and fresh and to send a msg to the regulars that if they don’t perform, someone else is gunning for your spot. Not today, but playing van de Beek more to rest Bruno more definitely would help.

It's Ed's decision to never rest Bruno and have one of the premier young talents in European football rot on the bench?

Personally the mediocre and dull form v the big 6 is as much a reflection of the players as it is Ole. Step up for a big occasion! But I understand his decision making sets us up for failure.

I fancied watching but resent there being yet another streaming service to pay for. I went in thinking it'd probably be shit and it was one of my favourite shows of the year. Just really nice and positive in such a negative year. Think TV+ is £4.99 a month and you can easily binge it in a couple of weeks, worth the fiver IMO.

Does Donny play Gabba at 3am, waking Ole up from a dream of him Shagging Scarlett Johansson and getting sucked off by Stoya whilst lifting the premier league trophy just before he cums, or what?
