Some of us watched the Milan derby on Sunday as was mentioned in the other thread. Milan were a bit unlucky as Inter shredded them on the break. Our forwards will kill them for pace (indeed, their whole side is pretty slow) so I’d be confident we’ll do them.

Maybe playing a "bigger" side is exactly what Ole's team needs to get the stench of 'choke' off them before the last stages of a competition.
Milan may be a blessing in disguise, as stated by others they aren't as potent as they used to be.

Yeah I can't see us winning. On our day we can beat any of the teams left in the competition. But I can't see us handling the pressure. Look at the way we managed to screw up the Champions League Group when we were in the driving seat and our inability to win semifinals last year. Game management is not really Ole's forte. He can put together a decent winning streak in the league but we are entirely a form team. We don't have the ability to rise to the occasion and dig deep and when our tactics work it owes a lot to luck rather than design.

Last season’s Leicester away is the one and only time I can recall that we won a game under Ole that truly had a lot depending on it. I think the EL is low pressure at this stage, especially when we’re sitting 2nd and it’s not our only likely ticket for CL football next season.
