Ole says we should 100% have had a penalty and he can't understand whatsoever why it wasn't given. "It's taken two points away from us." He was fuming about it.
[On what the ref said to Maguire (according to Shaw)] "It's not right is it." Says something about Chelsea putting stuff on their website about VAR controversies with Maguire and how it influences referees.
"There's loads of talk of us getting penalties... today we should have had a penalty, that's clear."
Says defensively we were spot on but not good enough with the ball, and that we didn't create enough chances. Says if we scored late on it would have been a perfect away performance.
Says a point isn't enough to get close to City, but that a clean sheet is always the foundation.
Sky instantly say Ole was "rattled", which in fairness he did look to be. He was fuming about the pen.

This shit VAR penalty discussion has given Ole the perfect excuse.

How much longer are we going to persist with this charlatan. He's making players worse not better. Fucking ludicrous.

It’s just where we are as a club any ambitious club would be(at worst)assessing the manager at the end of the season but as we all know CL qualification will see ole get a contract extension

If that's true he should be sacked on the spot. Deliberately not doing his job properly to save his own arse from controversy. It's a joke. Lee Mason did it yesterday aswell. The standard of referees in the league is abysmal. Clap for officials they say to show support. Get fucked. How about do your jobs properly first then you might get support. Problem is they get too much fucking protection and they know it. Start holding them accountable for their blatant fuck ups instead of punishing those thst have the balls to pull them up of their mistakes.

We’re in an awful, never ending, vicious circle with Ole. Not quite crap enough to get fired, nowhere near good enough to win the big prizes, only too happy to be in a job he had no reason to get, so will never make demands required of the appalling owners to improve the squad. It’s utterly hopeless. I haven’t felt this low as a Utd fan since the early 80s. There is no way out of it, barring some miracle worker who can get the best out of youngsters coming up.
My god we are well and truly screwed.

How dare we. This will all come to a head eventually when Bruno doesnt sign that contract stating ambition as the reason why. We need players in every position really, especially at centre halve and striker but do we have the will at the club to sign quality in those positions, or spend another 40m on a sub? Haaland is the obvious choice but will most likely end up at city or chelsea. The owners have to crave success, else it doesnt happen.

The saddest part about it all is that while we continue to fall, City will grow stronger. To future generations they will be the big Manchester club.
There's a real possibility that we might not win another title for 20 years or so in my opinion. Unless we just completely land on our feet with a quality manager or a bunch of young players who turn into superstars. If that's the case, it's not impossible to imagine City winning close to 14 and not even being that far behind us in overall league wins.
