Team GB up and running with 3 golds today and the potential for a 4th at 1:30 in Womens Taekwondo.
Men are going well in the Gymanstics team final atm too.

The Men's Team Gymnastics was amazing to watch. 0.103 points seperated 3rd from 1st. The equivalent of stumble on a landing.  |

That taekwondo final was tough to watch, pretty close to a carbon copy of yesterday. Really good to see us get up and running though, been some fantastic performances today.

3 Medals overnight.
Gold and Silver in Mens 200m Breastroke. Silver in Women's Triathlon.
Fully expect Dujardin to win Gold in Horse Dancing a little later.

GB did it the hard way in Rugby 7s vs USA. 21-0 at HT winning 26-21.

Taekwondo brilliant but brutal again today for Team GB. Walkden with a 2 point lead with 1 second to go and gets booted in the head to miss out on getting to the final but won the bronze medal match. Had some real rough luck but looks like a sport of strength for us.

Superb effort in the pool this morning, Gold for men's 200m freestyle relay.
Biggest news of the Games though is Simone Biles withdrawing from all-round event tomorrow to concentrate on her mental health.
