Dropping Maguire vs. dropping Bruno would've been a bigger (imo a better) statement of intent from Carrick.
But I guess you could make a case for dropping most of the 1st team based on recent performances.
I prefer to focus on the positives for now (Donny and Sancho starting).

It warms my heart that Scholes has finally started to be a little more opinionated. As my favourite ever player it's been tough to see him as a pundit just coming out with mundane shit all the time. But he's been great the last few weeks.

What the fuck do people have against Bruno? I don't think anyone has a problem with him, he'll be back in the team doing his thing, but the bottom line is he's been shite for a while now and he's not had a fucking shot on target for 2 months. If Maguire and AWB were dropped as well, this wouldn't nearly have as much drama around it. Look at City and how much they rotate, even the likes of KDB is in and out of the team. Getting rid of these untouchables who play every minute of nearly every game and end up fucked is only a good thing in the long run. |

Love Scholes' brutal honestly. Can understand why they've not gotten rid yet as there's nobody else but as soon as replacement manager is sorted they should all be out the door. No exceptions.

Bruno just needs a rest, he will be back for the big weekend game. Hoping Rashford will be on form for that game too.
Maguire it's an opportunity to show some form of leadership, AWB should have been dropped probably but he should give Sancho a licence to just attack.
MCT and Fred need big performances as they have been poor this season so far.
Let's see how it goes, win please.
