Are people expecting a 180 change overnight especially with results, this season? I believe those who do so, will be disappointed plenty. The destruction and rot is set in real deep. Will take some time to iron it out with the resources he has. The team lacks grit, discipline and composure. Looks evident. Some players are on poor form. Gona give the Manager time to look into this. Mind, he only just joined with his coaching team. We’ve had 16 days off. Plenty of time to get some sort of system in place. |

I’m not seeing any Ralf influence yet,I’m not expecting miracles but was expecting more than this. The tactics are a problem but the lack of quality is shocking, the players have zero energy for a bunch who haven't played in 2 weeks. McFred is like Covid, it seems to infect every manager it encounters. |

Since he came on to the scene everybody can see rashford can't play on the right, so when he keeps getting picked to play there it falls on the managers, the whole half Has been a disaster tbh
