We legit play no better than cannon fodder sides. The only difference is the quality of players which means we occasionally get them all to click together for a game and pick up a good result.
When you look at the actual quality of football though, it's virtually non existent and it's been like that almost permanently since Fergie retired. Think the only period where we genuinely played great football as a team was that run at the end of LVG's first season.

That, and Jose had us blowing fodder away in the last twenty minutes for a spell. That was quite good. Otherwise it we have been a team without any facade of a consistent plan. |

I sincerely hope ralf can see massive changes are needed with this squad, although I am disappointed the he is yet another manager who cannot see an extra body in the middle of the park is needed 4-3-3
