Ralf has said Maguire isn’t used to playing in a back 4 and is struggling with it. He’s only had 3 years to get used to it!
Also admitted he had “weaker moments” in the games last week, but sadly also said “he is our captain and I don’t see any reason to change that.”

How can a professional CB "struggle" with playing in a back four? It beggars belief. Maybe Rangnick's just subtly hinting that Maguire is shit.

Bring back the days of a goalkeeper, 4 defenders, 4 midfielders and 2 strikers. Back when football was actually a joy. |

Luckily there is some decent CL football to watch this evening. Yeah I am glad it's not on anywhere except some dodgy river. Will just chill and watch the CL game on HD in comfort! We'll probably play our best game now in ages  I'd put this one down as a tough game though. I was really interested in seeing Bissouma play against us, but there's some ongoing assault allegation against him too |
