Which was the better robbery? Us getting a 1-1 or the opening scene of The Dark Knight?

Can that be the last game Rashford ever starts again unless he somehow learns to become a footballer again?

We were very lucky in the end to only concede 1 goal and away goals do not count double so it is no big advantage scoring the away goal. We have a lot of tough games coming up thick and fast and the team must play far better than this.

Someone says this everytime but I'll say it again; I wish Matic was 10 years younger. Rice? ( Bestie 😉) He said 10 years younger, not ten billion times not as good.

missed the first half, but satisfying to see the substitutes made a difference and improved our play in the second half.
Elanga is on fire, I hope when the managerial change happens that he doesn't get lost in the mix. he needs to be protected and encouraged.

Not unless this lot find another level quickly then you can't expect us to beat them at home in 90 minutes. Elanga is encouraging after the Greenwood mess and it should encourage Ralf to play more of the younger players. What's the point persisting with Pogba at this point.

For all their pressing and possession, DaveSaves didn't have a lot to do.

You need luck to win these competitions and we got lucky but that Elanga goal had me off my feet and giving two fingers to the scousers and Arsenal fans in my pub. Very satisfying draw, let’s smash the diving pricks at OT.

Manchester United’s Bruno Fernandes became the first player in Champions League history to assist in six consecutive appearances while playing for an English club, breaking the record held by David Beckham (for Manchester United) since 1998.
Even when playing shite he still pulls something out of the hat.

I love it when Ralf rips into the players. It's great hearing him speak. Ole would have been smiling ear to ear with that result.

Even when playing shite he still pulls something out of the hat. It’s a fair point this. He was fucking awful tonight, his worst performance by a mile. But nobody else would’ve played that pass, which is why he invariably plays 90mins every single game. Our worst European performance since Olympiakos beat us 2-0 under Moyes. We looked clueless. But you’d have to say, we’ll take that result. You’d probably have taken that result at kickoff, never mind after witnessing the state of our performance.

I don’t think Atletico’s tactics helped him tonight, he was being forced out of position too much to do any damage (until the assist, after the game had opened up).
