Some talk that Gvardiol might join in the summer as well. Nkunku and Gvardiol would really improve them and incidentally both players Ralf recommended to us. I wonder how much progress we've made working on our summer transfer targets (if we even have any yet).

They will probably just kick the arse out of the FDJ saga again and then sign Declan Rice at the last minute for 80 million. |

Why haven't we signed Tielemans and Maddison yet? Was impressed by Maddison’s interview after the game. Was talked about on here a lot a few years ago, seemed to drift off last season but obviously back to form now. |

Tielemans seems like a total no-brainer. He is 25 years old and Premier League proven and gives us a more combative alternative to Eriksen alongside Casemiro. I think a midfield of Casemiro and Tielemans could have done a lot better job against City. And we could get him in January for around £10-£15m.

I think a midfield of Casemiro and Tielemans could have done a lot better job against City. And we could get him in January for around £10-£15m. I’m guessing he already has an agreement to go somewhere on a free in the summer (maybe Arsenal?) and that’s why nobody scooped him up for relative buttons in the summer. |

Some talk that Leicester are potentially interested in Donny as a Tielemans replacement with a loan + £13m option to buy deal floated. I'd be happy to use Donny as a sweetener to increase our chances of landing Tielemans.

In fairness though reality is Tielemans come January has no real value, therefore us taking him and them having Donny with the option to but for that price is a good deal and a respectable one |
