Eriksen is wrecked and it’s worrying that if he’s not playing or having an off game we look so much weaker. Also agree that we are missing Bruno’s work rate and Donny is disappointing as usual. Add Lindelof reverting to type and neither Rashford nor Ronaldo playing well and not difficult to see how we are getting soundly beaten. Ten Hag is partly to blame. Team selection wrong again and he doesn’t seem to have the ability to play a weakened team and still make it work and win. He’s too reliant on the system and not flexible enough. We aren’t in a good position. Chelsea and Liverpool will spend in January and overtake us. Arsenal and Newcastle’s good form doesn’t seem to be running out and we won’t finish above arsenal or Newcastle at this rate. So reliant on Tottenham being more inconsistent than us and either Chelsea and or Liverpool being unable to turn things around second half of the season But at least if we finish outside top four glazers will be pressured to spend big again in the summer Liverpool are broke. They won’t do anything |

A few good games doesn't make him good enough for 1st choice. He should be back up at best. He still makes many poor decisions. But it hasn’t just been “a few” good games. One poor decision and he’s suddenly shite? You’re fucking out to lunch on that. It has just been a few good games, he makes poor decisions often, his crossing erratic and is hit and miss defensively. I'm sorry I don't rate him like you do. |

Outside our strongest 11 we are a mid-table club at best. What can be expected when key players are missing?
Oh, and we seem to be allergic to scoring more than one goal per game these days, so that practically makes coming back from 2:0 after 10 mins impossible.

He was pretty much just camped in their half, didnt press, passes were shit, had one golden chance and squandered it. Now sure how long people can still defending him starting, get it in lads he aint scoring!
Easy to blame others but it is very clear now, we are a better team without him.
VDB is way off the pace, he doesnt work as hard as Bruno, he had some good touches but didnt work, Bruno has been shit but he runs around chasing every ball like a mad man. That energy and drive been missing today. Casemiro and Martinez not enough.
Rashford on the right again missing all game, made a few good runs on the left late on. Again tries to always do fancy nonsense when simple can work.
We were just too slow today, backwards forwards, all slow, allowed AV to just draw back get into formation.
We dont have the squad to compete, its weak, desperately need a proper forward. |
