We were never in the title race. I will be happy if next year were in the champions league. New owner and maybe a league cup in the cabinet. Then we can start to really compete again without the gimps in charge

Arsenal are on one of those annoying as fuck runs where everything is going right, even with their rivals results. They still have to play City twice so hopefully we can take advantage when those games come around. |

We’ve been on a great run, today our first adverse result in ages. Excited to see how we respond on Sunday, we can once again show our progress if we go and beat them after tonight.

Rashford is allowed a bad game after the run he has had. But it goes to show the vulnerability. This was pretty much a full strength team we fielded tonight and we still dropped points. Even the best teams have to grind out results from time to time. But with us it is pretty much every game and eventually our luck was bound to run out.
It was fun to dream about a title challenge. But I don't see how it's going to be possible with Weghorst and Antony in our front three. Rashford has been super prolific since the World Cup but he won't be able to keep it up until the end of the season and his goal to games ratio will probably fall to 1:2. Also while Eriksen has been useful for us this season adding some much needed creativity to the side he doesn't have the engine we need and too often seems to run out of steam. And aside from Garnacho our bench options are uninspiring at best.
