Agree, a 22 year old wide player who has no pace, who can't press or take on his man. i dont see him contributing much defensively also. Just not been good enough. No idea how he came up with those insane numbers in Bundesliga. Anyway we are stuck with him, lets see if ETH can work his magic on him this season. The Bundesliga is shite and Dortmund have been selling people lemons for years. And French football is called the farmers league. This is the 3rd time we've signed one of their players and been left with complete shit.

Went with the boy today poor lad . Third game he's seen one goal. Got to say that the was the worse referee display i have seen for donkeys years . since the keith Hackett years. It wasn't a red there were two penalties we should have had. He added one minute despite injuries plus the VAR stopage. Plus he gave us fuck all decisions in both halves.
That said sancho seemed out of his depth in the possition he played. Antony was poor. Bruno kept giving the ball away but was unlucky not to score. Back 4 were awesome especially the butcher. I would appeal the red

I remember being underwhelmed at that signing though.

I’m telling you, Bellingham is giving me the exact same vibes. I've seen enough of Bellingham with my own eyes and I think he'd slot into a 3 man midfield with real ease. He was probably one of the best young players in that last WC and he's got a bit of personality and that matters at the big clubs. I saw very little of sancho because I don't watch German football, so I was going on what most people on this forum thought.

Having said that, you’d have to exercise some caution purely based on the other three we’ve had off them.

Haven’t seen a one sided referee performance like that since Nani’s red. And 45 mins to go my word Just back from match - exactly as I saw it. The cheating by referees now is so blatant I'd be reviewing legal options if I was 'Director of Football'. Compare the penalty given to Real Sociedad, the penalty not given to us today and the handball in the run up to Betis' goal last Thursday that was ignored. Just blatant cheating. Just as with Casemiro's previous red card, a single angle is given to the ref that provides an excuse to send him off. I thought we were poor, though. Bruno not a number 8. Nothing looked good today except Martinez (barring one error).

We should be all over an appeal for that red. Clearly no intent to injure, at a push, reckless (a caution) but serious foul play? I just don’t see it.
You can also read a lot into the reaction afterwards from Cas himself and the other players (including the recipient of the tackle).
A total fucking travesty, and don’t get me started on the denied penalty due to hand ball!

Wish we could appeal that handball - absolutely ridiculous decision, his arm literally flails up and backwards as a result of the force with which the ball made impact. In what universe is that not a handball, the guy is on all fours in the box

Some of these refereeing decisions are lunacy. Add to it the fact that they are beyond reproach or question and it’s fucking insane.

I'm starting to see so many Arsenal fans with a huge focus on slagging off United, even after they get good results - they are 5 points clear, top of the tree and on course for their first league title in 20 years.
Massively confusing, perhaps deep down they know United are waking up. I genuinely don't get it, bizarre fixation.

Massively confusing, perhaps deep down they know United are waking up. I genuinely don't get it, bizarre fixation. This is why results like yesterday don’t bother me too much. I think we all said this seasons target was Top 4 and a trophy and one half of that has been achieved. We all know better times are around the corner and I will celebrate the glazers going as much as I celebrated our last league title.
