2 points ahead of spurs with a game in hand and 8 ahead of the scum in 5th but if barcodes win they’re up to 5th and 6 points behind us with a game in hand
Today was a big chance to really consolidate 3rd, that red card has fucked us

Bad result and Casemiro missing 4 games is a major blow Should appeal. Never a clear and obvious error. Very dispiriting result. Would be refreshing for a ref to actually stick with their on field decision, just once!, after looking at the monitor |

Casemiro’s foot bounced off the ball onto the players leg it was accidental and looked much worse than it was, their player gains control of the ball in their area with his hand should have been a penalty see them given every week except when it’s us. These officials are so inconsistent it’s a joke.

Our title challenge unravelled pretty damn quickly. Looks like it will be another scramble for top 4 now we have to see out most of the rest of the month with McFred in midfield and a number 9 who's managed zero goals in eight Premier League games.Luckily Liverpool, Newcastle and Tottenham should all drop points this month as well and there is some talk that Eriksen might be back in April.

Thought Sancho was dreadful, but having said that I also think it was an error leaving him on when we were down to ten. No pace, can’t press. Starting the second half with him through the middle left us no chance really. Would’ve rather Weghorst stayed on. |
