Fuck it…I will give it a go…
I have a 100% losing streak of one game…
Someone needs to stop City getting the treble and Brighton might be the better bet but I can’t get behind us losing…
…so beat this lot and do City in the final…

I’m going with a (really) lairy 2-1, Bruno and Marcus with the goals-as they’re both supposed to be fit.PLEASE🙏🏻 This prediction is made on baseless assumptions and blind hope alone,as the Seagulls have been in rather splendid form recently and I’m a tad concerned-as I think we would all agree. Although a team we completely destroyed 4-0,on 21/05/1983 almost 40 years ago ,in the replay at Wembley, whilst I was have a rather complicated hip replacement operation done,at the now defunct Mle End Road Hospital in (that there) London! I watched every second of the game whilst recovering from the surgery. Surely an omen,of sorts!

Ferguson is almost certainly out, which is a huge bonus for us. He’s exactly the type of forward who would skittle our defenders for 90 minutes.

This is really hard to call.
Defence (including De Gea) should be a lot more solid without Maguire unsettling it.
But I am worried about the midfield battle. Casemiro and Eriksen are top class but they looked out of sorts against Sevilla. Caicedo and Mac Allister are young and energetic and won't make it easy for us.
Also no idea what Rashford will be like. Ole completely abused Rashford rushing him back from injury and making him play through pain via injections etc. I hope Erik isn't making the same mistake. When Rashford is fit and on form he is a fantastic player. But we saw last season how bad he can be when he's carrying injuries. Although really it is the devil's choice with Sancho completely useless and Wout a total donkey of a player and while Martial is in the matchday squad he'll probably get injured in the warmup so I can understand why Erik might decide to risk starting Rashford.

Whatever…..
That’s how I feel about this game right now, although I’m sure I’ll be ranting and raving later still when we play like a pub team 😂

On the game itself I’m not overly arsed either way.
If we win I’d be very surprised if we beat city in the final(Our best defender is injured and the team now seems to be running on fumes).
If we lose then we can just concentrate on getting the CL qualification over the line.
As previously said getting the glazers out is our main trophy this season.

For anyone dismissing an FA Cup semi final, for whatever reason or agenda, get the fucking boat. Huge occasion and a huge chance for a coveted trophy we've not won for a while. Looking forward to it and hopefully progress to what would be a mouth watering final. 3-1 win.

FA Cup final is beginning of June. So I don't think there is any advantage being knocked out today.
In fact getting knocked out of the Europa League, totally humiliating as it was, was advantageous as it means that we avoid two midweek games in the run in and do not have a possible Europa League final squeezed in between the last day of the season and the FA Cup final. So at least if we win today there will be a silver lining and no Europa increases our slim chance of pulling off an upset in the final.
Lose today and we'll have got knocked out of two competitions in the space of 4 days which would be a total downer and make bouncing back even harder.

I don’t think we’ll beat City in the final. But I’d much rather find out on the day than lose this and never know.
