I will add aswell I don't rate Maguire at all. Should be out the door tomorrow, but I don't agree with anyone booing our own players. Shit move that.

I’m at the game, wasn’t expecting this many changes / younger players from Erik. Just Bobbins. Yeah I’d suspected as much, as had others but now I’m sure it’s simply BOBBINS. |

Turned out to be good run out for the younger players and they did really well you can see the Erik influence starting to work.
Maguire just gets worse.

how a club of our size can not have numerous decent strikers at youth level is shocking. never mind lack of first team strikers. Pellistri played really well, Wan-Bissaka just cant cross the ball but played well. Harry always has a fuck up in him. though Fernandez was good. Rest ok thought Eriksen looks leggy but his passing was still quality.

I didn’t see the game live, but from what I’ve read re the match reports (‘booing’ & all) our former captain must surely now know that his particular jig is up.

Maguire played well enough bar the mistake for the goal. The boos he received soon turned to cheers each time he touched the ball, I think common sense prevailed after a few minutes of public home jeering, totally unnecessary. Its clear though most fans want rapid rid of him.
First half was poor. Better second half although it never really felt like the result mattered to any degree. Young Fernandez at left full was the pick of the bunch, very impressive. Calm, collected and has an edge about him. VDB a total passenger for the umpteenth time. Sancho went through the motions once again. Missed an early sitter and looked unsure of himself time after time. Pellestri decent but I expected much more. Full house of 50k at the Aviva, all went home happy enough with the elation of a last gasp equaliser.
