Marcus Rashford is an invisible man when he plays as striker though I doubt any striker would make a difference at the moment. Just don’t create anything. I stand by the fact that Mason Mount was the wrong signing. It’s like when he played for England. You hardly notice him. Garnacho is better as an impact sub right now. hope I’m proven wrong but I’m 100% with you on that. the money should have been spent out our bang average front line. |

It's just really sloppy, wolves have put us under a bit of pressure, but we just can't string any passes together, need to get a strong hold straight from the off in the second half

I was talking to a colleague of mine who is a major Chelsea fan, but despite that is quite knowledgeable and sensible. He said he’s gutted Mount left, but that we’d struggle to slot him in effectively into our midfield as his best role is an odd “neither 8 nor 10”. That’s only part of our problem but I think it’s a valid point. Midfield could be an ongoing issue, even if we get a CDM type in before the window shuts. Some signs of improvement here, hope ETH figures things out for the second half. Mount is a good player but I always thought he played in pretty much the same position as Bruno so not sure what the plan was exactly. Yeah, I think that’s what worried me too. It’s weird that ETH was so set on him, as both him and Bruno seem to play quite “libero” roles which seems to be at odds with someone renowned for well-drilled set-ups, and also now there’s two of them on the field at the same time. Also this further compounds our lack of steel in the middle. |

That was awful. Bar AWB and Antony(in patches) the whole team where shite from start to finish. Antony has been dreadful mate. He really needs to work on his end product and decision making. His only saving grace up to now is most of them have been just as bad. We need to get Amrabat in at the very least in this window. Should never have gotten rid of Fred before the other shite either. |

I bet he puts Eriksen on and pushes mount into the front 3 instead of Garnacho. We need a clever holding mid with Cas not some lump, isn't that why he was obssesed with DeJong. Mount is not a young Eriksen either
The movement in front of Onana is the problem too. That was always going to be the case

That’s why I put ‘in patches’. he’s bursting forward and put rashford through. he’s not done much but far more than all the others bar AWB(low bar I know). |

I'm glad we have a keeper that can pass the ball but I don't want it to become a thing to over use and fuck around at that end of the pitch.
