Have to say, fair credit to Scotty.
7 league goals this season, and they've all been vital, none of them just putting icing on the cake.
2 against Chelsea and Brentford in 2-1 wins, 1 against Sheff Utd in a 2-1 win, 1 against Wolves in a 4-3 win and today 1 in a 2-1 win. Take those away and that's 9 fewer points.
And fuck Villa, fuck Cash the cheating twat and Shaky tits Luiz. Wankers.

Villa can fuck off Cash can fuck off Luiz can fuck off And Neville can fuck off aswell.
Massive 3 points in the bag, happy days.
Even though it wasn't perfect we ground the result out, something we wouldn't have done in the first half of the season.
I fucking love Ramus aswell, glad the lad is starting to prove people wrong now he's finally getting a bit of service.

It’s amazing what difference having your players back can make to performances, just hope it doesn’t regress with Martinez and now (?) Shaw out again.
Great win, nail-biting stuff.
Also, have to say it, Leon Bailey, Evra look a like?!

It's crazy to think what numbers he would have been getting if he really did get proper service.

This has been said many times now but we have two fantastic talents in Kobbie and Rasmus.
Mainoo has the composure of a veteran, amazing he is just 18. Hardly makes a mistake. Hojlund already looks comfortable with the physicality and pace of the league, he will only improve from here.
Lets hope they they dont go Pogba / Greenwood way.

Douglas Luiz "I just wanted to get in their nerves a little bit. It wasn't that deep. It didn't quite end well though. Don't think I'll be doing it against them ever again."
Knob.

tbh, scott has become 100% what you would want from a squad player. he doesnt start when everyone else is fit, comes on late in the game and bangs in the goals. now the argument that he is not good enough for manchester united somehow stands. but at the same time what he is doing now and the way he is used, is exactly what you want from squad players. massive respect for the lad. dont think selling him would be a good idea, most so called squad players dont even have half his influence on the pitch.

I think many may need to make peace with him playing a squad role at the club. He's been at the club since he was 5 y/o, he's made 237 appearances and he's only 27. Seems to be maturing as a goalscorer, and midfielders generally peak in their late 20s so could still improve. Critical goals this season, too.

I just want him to play the midfield if he is in the midfield. While he has banged in some crucial goals for us, he has also left us completely exposed by not being in the middle to support the other midfielder that has led to goals against us. I want us to win. If a player continues to compromise that I will have a hard time accepting them staying with the team, he has done that a couple times along with others.

Absolutely no issue for me if Scott stays in the squad role. He simply dont have the quality to be a starting midfielder in a team competing for the PL and CL

He also understands what a sub is supposed to do. How many times have we seen players come on and take 10 minutes before they have an impact? Scott wants to desperately have an impact and les be honest, we'd be nowhere without his goals this season

It's never been Scott's problem.
It's been several managers mis/over-using him.
He should be nowhere near central midfield in any game we aspire to win, however he and Erik seem to have found his niche and hopefully it continues and they don't try to develop it further and have him starting again.
He's had a fantastic contribution In the role he's currently occupying, long may it continue!
