Ten hags in game management made us worse when we were 3-2 up.
Rashford and mount nullified out attack completely.

I mean, 8 minutes is ridiculous but why do we do this? Hideous. Totally agree. Absolutely disgraceful that there was 8 minutes but yet again I thought Ten Hag’s in-game tactics were horrible. We were flying and his subs totally broke up all flow we had. Antony was ok with a great assist but you do not take off Garnacho. Ever. The manager sadly seems as thick as most of our players. They equalised after 10 minutes. Where did all that extra time come from? Absolute bollocks. Yeah they bottled it but how did we end up with 10 minutes extra time.

Dalot was shit, but make no mistake there's a pattern here of losing in the dying minutes (seconds even) and that's on Ten Hag.
He persists in trying to control the game with a team that is patently incapable of doing so. His subs are always shockingly bad, and always instrumental in the final result. And his in-game management in general is non-existent, probably because his tactical vision is also non-existent.
We will get beaten by Liverpool, and if ETH gets his marching orders after that it'll have been his own fault. And if he doesn't, I have no faith in him being the person to drive united forward under INEOS. He promised so much but he's been found out in the Premiership.

How can you control games when our possession is invariably below 50%?

I’m totally shell shocked and I really shouldn’t be. We were cruising. Couldn’t even see them equalising. The changes were shite and pointless. May as well play with 10 men with that Scottish goon on the pitch and Rashford had about 3 touches. It totally changed with those subs
Sack him, don’t sack him. Sell the players, keep the players. I just don’t give a fuck. I can’t handle this anymore.

How can you control games when our possession is invariably below 50%? It's not as much about possession as it is about how disorganised we are. At 3-2 we should be hard to play through especially centrally but we are wide open all the time.

At 3-2 we should be hard to play through especially centrally but we are wide open all the time. It is about posession though. Play keep ball and see the game out. Why has every ball got to be forward trying to score? Are we that conscience that we can't keep out the opposition that we have to constantly attack? Then we get to the uber-thick players. Dalot taking a throw in and throwing out for a goalkick. Not content with giving the penalty away he lose possession in an area of the pitch he shouldn't be, losing posession which leads to the corner.

Lovely ball from Garnacho. Lovely goal. Game on. Dalot. Did realise after I posted but forgot to amend. Not that it matters now anyway.

Also, with Casemiro running about 800 metres a game and Bruno flying about like a maniac, we are in danger of destroying Kobe. He’s doing the job of three men every game and he looks shattered.

Kobbie’s worst game for us… he looked tired… Thought he did ok tbf. Better than the other midfielders we had alongside him. If anything they let him down tonight. Honestly never seen such a bunch of clueless players at this clue. They can't even do the basics right. Won't even start on the defending. We have no tactics, no shape or style of football. Probably why the game was so end to end because Chelsea are just as shit as we are. That being said I'd love to know where the 8 minutes came from. Even more so considering they scored in the 99th and 101st minute.

I’ve said for years there’s no point us sacking a manager as it won’t change anything etc and I do loathe the idea of these players continuously outlasting and ruining decent men. However, given we are now trying to develop a proper structure at the club, we need to cut ties at the end of the season and start afresh.
This manager is probably better than what we’ve seen this season and the players have done him no favours. But is he going to get us back to the very top table? I think we can all agree that we’ve seen enough to say that, no, he is not capable of that. And if we’re going to be a serious club again, that is literally all that matters.
Might as well hang onto him until May. He has won us a cup competition and he’ll have the chance to make that two.

On the playing side of things, I’ve slagged Dalot off for being shit all night and I stand by that.
But I can’t go to bed without giving mention to Casemiro. I was impressed with him last season. Expected him to be a mercenary, but he came in, turned us round, put some excellent performances in and scored important goals too.
This season he has been a fat, unprofessional waste of space. Fuck off.
