I'm hoping all this side needs is a bit of confidence to bring out the ability. Because some of the build up play in this has been lovely to watch. Just need to put it into action more now.

I know they are a weaker team but enjoyed that!

Nice win. Only Barnsley, blah blah, but it’s great for the confidence. Nice to actually see us smash a team regardless of who we play.

Confidence boosting couple of games. Hopefully the start of a good run of form.

A game we could well of struggled to win in recent history. Very happy with that, only negative for me is that if our finishing (Antony) has been better, it would of been 10!

I enjoy watching Eriksen in the middle the way I enjoyed Scholes do the same. I don’t get the same feeling with Bruno, there’s more touches and thinking in Bruno’s game. It’s a shame we didn’t poach him earlier in his career I was always a fan.

I don't think it is a coincidence the goals have started flowing the last couple of games at the same time that Eriksen has been reinstated into the first team and apparently has been training well. We really need a playmaker in this side and it isn't Bruno. Obviously Eriksen will struggle against stronger opposition as he's a bit past it but if he can roll back the years from time to time it could really help us this season.

Maybe Kobbie can grow into the role, with Ugarte and Casemiro in a double pivot behind him.

Yeah, Bruno's the reason we aren't scoring.. One result against the 7th placed team in League 1 and people straight up lose their minds.

I know "it's only Barnsley" but isn't it a good feeling to actually absolutely smash another team? Apart from hopefully galvanising the team a little bit it was great to see Rashford looking like he's enjoying himself, the forwards linking up well and no colossal fuck ups in defence/midfield.
Enjoy this little moment guys, we don't get enough of these moments - however fleeting it may prove to be.
