Loved that from Garnacho. Don't blame him in the slightest for not celebrating either. Some right cunts in this fanbase giving unnecessary shit. It’s a shame for him that the actions of some cunt nobody has ever heard of have made him think that’s the general opinion of the supporters. I assume the doyle who made the remark was a YouTuber. Pathetic bunch. I saw another one this week chirping up because Rashford wouldn’t acknowledge him. Aye, wonder why he doesn’t want anything to do with you when as a collective you do nothing but talk shite about him for clicks. Fortunately the main culprit is too scared to go within 50miles of the stadium, but they can all collectively fuck off.

Ugarte was excellent again by all accounts. He was, along with Amad. A damning indictment of ETH considering he’s mismanaged both this season.

Amorim has already namechecked Ugarte saying he is very happy to get the chance to work with him again. It was bizarre that Erik was so reluctant to start Ugarte. We need stability right now so it is great that Casemiro and Ugarte are developing an understanding and you'd imagine that partnership will continue under Amorim as in his favoured 4-3-3 he has two holding players. Mainoo is young enough and talented enough to adapt to what the new manager wants and will find his place in the team in due course. But priority should be selecting the best team rather than shoehorning in our best players. Although there are enough games left this season that everyone will get their chance to impress under the new boss. Ruud did a good job. 3 wins and a draw. Our European campaign is back on track and we should be able to make the playoffs. With 4 points in our last 2 Premier League games we've made up some ground and top 4 is well within reach. And we look much more of a team and our players seem to be benefiting from clear instructions and a clear gameplan which I suspect they never got with Erik. I wouldn't have a problem keeping him around. In the modern game it is quite normal to have a few assistant managers. He's had some time with the squad and they clearly respect him and like him and he can help Amorim to hit the ground running and most likely this summer he will get plenty of good offers for managerial roles. he plays 3-4-3 so will be interesting to see how Mainoo develops. im not against Case - Ugarte in front of the defence if we have 5 forwards playing though. the season is back on!

A youtuber called Planetfaz went spoke to Garnacho whilst he was signing shirts for kids and was telling him to sort out his first touch etc. Basically looking for a reaction to record it. It's clearly affected him afterwards. Fancam cunts need to be banned by the club. Opportunistic wankers.

Dalot needs binning off. You've got someone like Trent who you know is going to give up chances to the opposition by switching off, and will cost you maybe 5 or 6 goals a season; but he is so good with the ball he's contributing massively to the offensive side of play, and you're scoring, say, 20+ goals a season through him being in the team.
Dalot doesn't do that. He's decent on the ball but no more, and he's produces no more positive effect than negative by being in the team. His switch off for Ndidi was a joke. He even started to go when Ndidi made the run then stopped himself and stood still watching him.
Rashford too, I don't see any place in the team moving forward. If Amorim is playing 3-4-3 as expected then we have multiple options for the two 10's. Bruno has one spot nailed down, and the other can go to Mount, Amad, Garnacho or Rashford. Amad and Garnacho are simply playing better than he is and looking a lot more of a threat, and Mount played the best football of his career in a very similar set up under Tuchel. That just leaves wing back for Rashford, which has to be an absolute non starter.
Team looks a lot better, and Ugarte, De Ligt and Maz have been definite big signings this summer, even though the media are still downplaying it and insisting this summer was another wash out for United.
Thanks Ruud, good job you legend.

doesnt stop. what a player hes going to be. there was a phase in play yesterday when he went in for a challenge and it was probably about 60-40 in the opposition favour and he came out on top. doesnt take a backwards step in a tackle. monster

Casemiro and Matic showed for a brief while what a good defensive midfielder in their prime could do , hopefully Ugarte can step up and reach those levels.
