......... O'SHEA O'SHEA !!!!!! Why is it that no-one else wants to see him back as the first choice cover for Heinze Its clearly his best position and out of the options available he is light years ahead of the others; Evra - unproven as yet, but not been impressive so far by any stretch of the imagination. Silvestre - pfff - the epitomy of the word 'numpty' Richardson - clearly not strong enough to play full back and I've even seen some ridiculous shouts for Spectre

The lads got good ability and lots of petential, but he's too casual. Never seems to take his job seriously!

I like O'Shea. But this season, fuck me, he was fuckin AWFUL. He was rivalling Fletcher for our worst player. Everytime he got the ball he lost it, looked like he couldnt give a shit less, it was damn right embarrassing. Then he got injured *phew* and when he came back from the Cup final, and for the rest of the season after that in the centre of midfield, he did a GOOD job. Not great, not amazing, but good.
So I'm prepared to wipe the slate clean for next season if needsby, but he really was shockingly bad before he got injured this season, wherever he played.

He was great at left back and can still do a job for us in midfield if need be, obviously not first choice but a similar role to Phil Neville awaits him at this club, covering at LB, CB, CM...etc...I like him personally and Fletch. Remember when he megged FIGO!...

I’m not a fan of his at all. We have our defense sorted, it’s our midfield I’m concerned about.

Definitely not a good season for O'Shea...let's see where he factors in next year

Definatley agree he's been bad this season - piss poor infact. But the majority of his games have been in centre mid - wtf is that all about He has no chance of ever being a midfielder, I believe if he went back to a left back role he would be a solid player like he was a few seasons ago. The 02/03 season he was one of our top players, now he looks as others have said - shit and uninterested at times. P.s will always remember the Figo nutmeg - how good would that look on lour CV? Other skills:Marching down the wing Nutmegging former world player of the year Delicate lobs over stupid german goal keepers ;D

I like him, i think hes a good back up player, hes good to have 'in case shit' sure, provided the "in case" doesn't involve midfield play. Keeping him as a sub for the defense isn't a bad option.

I think he did a pretty good job in midfield from February onwards. To pull off playing alongside a winger in the centre of midfield (which is of course credit to Ryan as well) is pretty impressive. (and just to make us love him again: Clickit)
