The team of 99 was a team in history, we ALWAYS scored, no matter what you just knew we could win, we played badly and then won, we played well and still won, we just got the job done. "Manchester United need to score, they always score..." The opening of a piece of commentary that will stay in my mind forever. In my English A Level coursework for next year I'm going to study Language and Football Commentary, and will do a piece on that special night! |
