I would have liked to have seen more of Jones. I missed two of the African games but by all accounts he only came on as sub in most.

You'll see a lot of him next season, well more anyway, Ferguson has told him he's in the first team squad next year.

Don't think right mid or either wing is the right place for Eagles, seen him in the middle, mostly upfront more than the wings where he's played much better, not that he played badly.

It's easy to see why our youngsters got us to the Carling Cup final last season. Same again this season perhaps.
But this time of course we'll have the FA Cup, FAPL and Champions League to add to that............hopefully.

Its always nice to see a few youngsters break through each season and start challenging for a first team spot, Jones seemed to really impress during both his loan spells last season and I have big hopes for the guy so lets hope this is his season to push through and excel because it would add to the depth of our midfield and that would be good news.

Jones got a chance of making it, eagles no chance, championship player at best.
