Love to know what the fuck is actually going on... They're sprint form exercises. They look weird but they're really effective. There is one that looks like something out of the Ministry for Silly Walks to practice grounding your feet properly. Where is he? Looks nice and warm...

Pogs is training in LA apparently. With the way he’s moving you think there was some progress on that hamstring. Let’s hope he’s back before the derby.

sportwitness.co.uk/france-paul-pogba-fit-big-man-united-match-several-options/Manchester United are clearly missing Paul Pogba, but perhaps a general drop in form has multiplied that further. Pogba’s ability, and importance to Jose Mourinho’s side, seems to be increasing with every match he doesn’t play, and there’s a danger that by the time he returns his perceived powers will be impossible to replicate. Mourinho has been negative about a quick comeback, although the smoke and mirrors around the situation means it would equally make sense for Pogba to return next week or December. In France there’s an interest too, on behalf of the national team. L’Equipe suggest Pogba could return on November 5th, against Chelsea, but they point out an option which sounds more sensible. An international break follows the Chelsea match, which would give Pogba over ten days further rest and rehabilitation. With a long Manchester United season ahead, that looks the obvious sensible route, assuming Pogba is even ready at that point. L’Equipe say it’s ‘unlikely’ Didier Deschamps will call Pogba up for the next France squad, for friendlies against Wales and Germany, which would be pleasing for Mourinho.

I don't like that we have heard absolutely nothing about Pogba.

Shock headline.....Jones injured playing for England Trying to run it off now. Jose will be seething! Jones has gone off with an already strapped up thigh, you couldn’t make this shit up while other prem teams pull players out for fun we have a player starting who is already injured and has aggravated it, I give up.

Seriously though, why on earth would you give him a new contract ?
His body obviously isnt made for any kind of sport.
But I agree Southgate is a tit.

Jones reminds me of Brown at times.
Brown was never quite as injury prone but both could/would have been fantastic players if they could have stayed injury free more. And they have shown it.
Shame. Especially when you see cunts like terry and gerrard getting away with all sorts.

Marcos Rojo expects to make his long-awaited return to the Manchester United first team next month. The Argentine defender has not played for United since rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament during the Europa League quarter-final win over Anderlecht in April. Rojo, 27, says he is making good progress in his rehabilitation and will take a significant step on his road to recovery this week by playing in a behind-closed-doors friendly. “Tomorrow [Wednesday] I am going to play a match with the reserves in a friendly match,” the defender told TyC Sports. “I feel good. Up until now I have not had any problems but training is not the same as a match.” Rojo has been travelling with the Manchester United players on European away trips so he feels involved in the squad. He also travelled to the United States with the rest of the squad for their pre-season tour. He is now close to making a full return to first-team training and is on course to feature in United’s Champions League group game against CSKA Moscow at Old Trafford on December 5, by which time the team will have already qualified for the knockout stages, providing they gain a point against Basle next week. “In three weeks we have a Champions League game that and if all goes well tomorrow I could play in that,” Rojo added. “I have to win my place back in the team so that the [Argentina] coach Jorge Sampaoli considers me for the World Cup. “I have been out a while but I am determined to get back into the national team. I want to show Sampaoli how good I am.” Rojo was one of the best performers in José Mourinho’s team last season. He made 41 appearances for the club and formed a strong partnership with Phil Jones in central defence around this time last year. www.thetimes.co.uk/edition/sport/marcos-rojo-to-return-for-manchester-united-next-month-73knprg9w
