..and Richardson who's played well recently.
Fergie said we've got TWELVE what would be considered as first team players to choose from for Tuesday.
It's an injury crisis that is ruining our season.

It does appear that with the injuries, God is against us, but the devil wears red. He can see us through to the end.
Seriously though, we had to endure Mourinho moaning about his injury situation earlier in the season, but that does not compare to our problems. Losing Terry is not as bad as losing Vidic, Rio, Gary, Evra, O'shea,Silvestre and Louis. You can throw J.Cole and Robben into it, but were they ever going to play all season and don't even include Cech. They have back up keepers. Our injuries have come at the wrong time and we don't need it, but instead of moaning we just have to get on with it.
I really hope Fergie doesn't regret not signing anyone back in the summer, like we all wanted him too.

In all fairness mate i don't think Fergie would regret not signing anybody, it would different if we were struggling to score and create goals, but the one thing we always looked assurred off and wer never worried about was the Defence, we had so much quality and experience.... But i doubt even fergie or the most synical of Utd fan could have predicted that we loose 6 defenders (our entire first choice backline is out atm fs) in the space of just over a month coming to a seasons close!!! All in all if worst comes to worst and we end up with Zilch!! I am proud of the lads, at the start of the season we wer being wrote of by everyone, apparently the experts seemed to think we owuld struggle to make the CL lol.... Well if the season does not go the way we want it, i will be proud of lads, we havnt had the playing staff that Chelsea have had and we have managed to put in a sustained campaign on the 3 major fronts!!! Allw e can do is get behind the lads and hope for the best... Come on seriously who would have thought in July last year, after the RVN departure, Ronaldo/Rooney Saga, and the Chelsea signing of Cole, Ballack and Schevcenko we would be by the End of April 4 pts Clear in the Premiership, in the Champions League Semi Final and in the FA Cup final!! All in all im optimistic about our future too... Hargreaves and a few more signings in the summer.. Ronaldo / Rooney always getting better... the future looks bright LETS JUST GET BEHIND THE LADS AND ENJOY THE REST OF THE SEASON!

We've been playing some great football but the injuries finally caught up with us so we have to make the most of it and support the team now more than ever.

RIO FERDINAND is the latest casualty to join the devastating injury list at Manchester United that has risen to NINE. The defender aggravated a groin problem in the 1-1 draw with Middlesbrough at Old Trafford on Saturday.
And with the Premiership title race reaching its climax, boss Alex Ferguson faces a selection crisis.
Ferdinand faces a fortnight on the sidelines but is expected to be fit for the cruncher at Chelsea on May 9.
Skipper Gary Neville was crocked at home to Bolton in March, but is back in training after damaging ankle ligaments. He could face Everton on Saturday but is 50-50 for tomorrow’s Champions League semi-final first-leg against AC Milan.
Nemanja Vidic broke his collar bone last month and is unlikely to be fit until the FA Cup final on May 19.
The Serbian centre-half had been a huge hit in the defence before his injury.
Patrice Evra is back in training but still feels the effects of calf and groin injuries he picked up against Sheffield United last week.
Midfielder Park Ji-Sung hopes to have recovered from a knee injury in time to face Manchester City on May 5.
Mikael Silvestre, Louis Saha and 18-year-old Craig Cathcart are long-term casualties.
But midfielder Kieran Richardson is likely to be fit for the trip to Everton on Saturday after limping off against Boro.

From manutd.com:
Sir Alex Ferguson is hoping one defender proves his fitness as another bows out ahead of next week's crucial trip to Milan.
Patrice Evra's booking for dissent in the first leg will again limit the manager's options when he selects the back four. And if Rio Ferdinand's groin injury fails to mend in time, Sir Alex will be forced to deploy Darren Fletcher out of position again - less than ideal, considering the Scot's outstanding midfield performances against Roma and Milan at Old Trafford.
"We're going to try hard to get Rio Ferdinand fit, there is some improvement," says Sir Alex.
"But I'm anticipating I'll have to play Darren Fletcher at right-back, John O'Shea at centre-back and move Gabby to left-back."
No mention of Gary Neville. I thought he had a chance of playing on Saturday. Shite....

against milan second leg put 10 men as defence if u want and make it a 0-0 draw...i think thats a match we can play the 4-5-1 formation because of the injuries but counter attacks should be ready making it 4-3-3 when attacking that means giggs ronaldo and rooney on the counter attacks with speed and scholes lurkin just behind them in the middle while the other 2 midfielders i suppose carrick and fletcher take more of an defensive job...

This is from the Sun so it's probably horseshit but if its true fucking hell!!
NEMANJA VIDIC could make a shock Manchester United return in Milan next week. The centre-back has not played since injuring a shoulder on March 31 but has recovered quicker than expected.
This week Vidic, 25, started proper training and tested the shoulder with physical challenges.
He had no problems and manager Alex Ferguson is considering putting him into the side next week.
Ferguson is also hoping to bring back Rio Ferdinand after he suffered a recurrence of his groin injury in last Saturday’s 1-1 home draw against Middlesbrough.
United are desperate for their big two to return after the defensive chaos against Milan on Tuesday.
Ferguson criticised the defending as Kaka was allowed two goals to put Milan ahead at half-time in their Champions League semi-final first leg.
United eventually won 3-2 with two Wayne Rooney goals, one in injury time.
But they suffered another defensive blow with Patrice Evra receiving a second yellow card in the knockout stages.
He will now be suspended for the return, leaving Wes Brown, Gabriel Heinze and John O’Shea the only recognised defenders.

I've seen that same report on other sources aswell. It would be great to have Vidic and Rio back for next week, but I cannot see it; Rio maybe if his injury responds to treatment.
