I think the inclusion of Johnson is key for Everton; certainly against our 2nd string defence.
I'm sure SAF will look to rest Giggs and Scholes and put Carrick and Fletcher in the middle. Smith and Ole should play a part.
It's very frustrating with the injury situation; certainly in the cases of Neville, Saha, and Park. How bad are their injuries? The news on Rio and Vidic is sounding positive though. Both may return against Milan next week.

I agree with the Neville call.....He needs to be visible, even if it's warming up on the sidelines for 45 minutes. No rest for anyone from this point on....go with what got you here and guys need to play hurt.
As important as any player will be in the next month, will be the supporters the supporters...especially because we will be away from OT for so many crucial games....I wish like hell I could be there to lend my voice. As it stands, I will just have to hope they can hear us United supporters from all the way in D.C.

Very tough one despite the fact we've done well against them. Fergie will probably plan the line up with Wednesday's match in mind but I really want to see a strong side out there.
2-1 United

Im gonna say that this is the game worrying me most in our remaining games. Disagree if you like but I rate this more nerve racking than the Chelsea game. Completely agree, if we can get 2 wins out of City and Everton then the Chelsea game won't be as important but this game is really worrying me. I feel confident about the City game as I don't think they have enough to beat us (Richards being out is a loss for them too) but Everton are a dangerous team and right now I feel 50/50 about whether we'll drop points there. We need to bounce back from the boro result and get a positive result here. Hoping for a 2-1 united win.

I share your sentiments; Everton will be difficult on their patch. They had been on a good run prior to the loss in their last game. It will be yet another nervy Saturday afternoon I think winning the next 2 games will seal the Premiership; as Chelsea would have to beat ua 15-0 to make up the goal difference. We need to give it our all in the next 3 games (Everton, Milan, and Citeh), and glory awaits.

I would like to see G.Nev on the bench on Saturday, and given 20/30 mins at the end of the game and then to start in the San Siro. Also seen this morning that Vida has made a miracle recovery and looks like starting next weds.....Things are starting to look better. As for Saturday, I think it will be a tight game, however we have the players to open them up, and we usually do pretty well at Goodison. Im going to go for a 2-0 with Wayne and Dazzling Darren getting the goals. Although I would take any win, aslong as we dont pick up any knocks/injuries before Wednesday night. Miracle? That's not a miracle. That's Vidic! Seriously, I fully agree. But, I'm gonna go for a 3-0 with Carrick getting a goal too. Glory Glory. #rock#

My favourite kick off time (21.45 over here). Yay! A live game on Sky with a few beers, doesn't get much better (as long as we win!)
No predictions (I'm shit at it anyway). A win....any win!

This Nev injury is starting to get silly, Fergie's been saying he'd be back for a while now, at one stage i swear he said he'd definately be back for Milan if not Boro. Now there's 'a chance' for Everton, so that's a No, he won't play then! Probably.. Any win is good, Arteta is dangerous, Johnson is if he plays, they also have a few good kids at Everton but they still don't have Cahill, and they can't play Howard yet as he's still on loan from us with the deal to go through in the summer. With their injuries, we should be able to deal with them defensively, hopefully Smith will have a good game if he starts, take some of the pressure off Rooney and Ronny. What a boost it would be for Nev, Park, Saha or any of the others to even make the bench, we could really do with some of the others back. Unfortunately they all seem to be these wait-until-they're-completely-ready-which-could-take-weeks-or-months-injuries. Then just when they're supposed to be back, they're missing. 3-0 United PhysioRoom says that Park n Vida will be back on 2nd whilst Nev n Rio on the 5th I hope its true!

Saha handed bench place
Louis Saha will be among the substitutes for United's crucial Premiership trip to Everton on Saturday lunchtime.
The French forward has been out of action for nearly a month with a troublesome hamstring injury. But he will be available for the Reds at Goodison Park as United go in search of another vital victory which will edge them ever closer to the Premiership title.
"We don't have any more injuries from Tuesday, thank goodness," said Sir Alex on Friday. "There are one or two niggles after such a high-tempo European game.
"Going to Everton is very difficult," he added. "European football does take it out of you, but hopefully the extra day's rest having played on the Tuesday will enable us to get the players into good shape. It's a vital game for us."
-------------- Big boost

Another must win. Hopefully Tornado start and some early goals for us. Sure Smithy must be desperate to get on and do his bit. I was sure he'd come on for Giigsy last 20mins v Milan. Shows SAF knows best! Park now not expected to play again this season and gone to see specialist in US. Shame. He was really getting into his stride before he got injured.

ps. think Johnson supposed to be out for tomorrow. Got to be a good sign. source bbc: Everton have recalled keeper Iain Turner from his loan spell at Sheffield Wednesday and he will step in for Tim Howard, who is ineligible.
Andy Johnson is having intensive treatment on his sprained ankle but seems certain to miss the game.
