Their was something different about united today. Very calm and patient.

dint play to our potential but i suppose none of us expected that after the fatigue of midweek...i'm fucking ecstatic that we got the win and the three points...VDS WHAT A MAN! WHAT A SAVE!!!

Good performance. Wasnt entertaining like most games but it got the job done.
Vidic and Ferdinand made such a huge difference. You know that you can keep a 1 goal lead with those two in the back. Plus they both hit the crossbar.
My man of the match has to be Vidic.

Yesss!!! We are now so so close to getting our trophy back, and how wonderful it feels! ;D Certainly not the best game of football I've ever seen, but hey, we beat Citeh! I'm always happy with that result!  No doubt we deserved the win as City were absolutely woeful. (As they always are) VDS saving the penalty was destiny imo, and did anyone see him throwing his shirt to the united fans at the end, despite the protests of the Citeh stewards? U gotta love him!!  I can't believe I'm about to say it, but I'll be turning into a one day Gooner for tomorrow. Time to buy the champagne...  |
