Not a great performance by United, thought Eagles and O'Shea were missing throughout the whole game, and Carrick was shite as well, so that left us virtually without a midfield. What a nightmare Evra had, I thought he was awful. Shite defending, I hope Fergie gave them a right bollocking cause if we defend like that against Chelsea on Sunday we'll get slaughtered. The only real positive from the game for me was Rooney's performance. Thought he was superb.

Rooney was superb, he looks to back to his best. Last season he seemed a bit inhibited in his play and his touch left him at times, but he looks his old confident self again. Though you were harsh on Eagles, I thought he did well, looked confident taking people on and did alright. Evra was great going forward but yeah, liable at the back. The defense will be sorted for Chelsea though, we did seem to improve alot in teh second half.

How sweet would that goal have been in the first half...about 5 one touch passes, and a sweet hit from Rooney which curved JUST wide. Wow, that would have just been superb if it had gone in. The lad was incredible last night.
