Just noticed on the official site that we are playing Urawa in a friendly. I recently saw them play Sydney FC here in the Asian Champions League and can honestly say I have never seen anything like their fans in my many years of watching the game.
The away leg (for Sydney) was shown on TV a fortnight ago and the crowd looked pretty awesome then, but they were far more vocal away from home (as often is the case, I know).
What made these guys so special was the choreography and constant barrage of noise and colour. Absolutely incredible, and they only shut up for about 10 seconds throughout - 5 seconds after each of Sydney's goals!
They hold up huge flags with the Number 12 on, a reference to them being the team's 12th man, and I can understand why!
Although I am taking nothing away from our fantastic support (at times), it would be truly awesome to get near this mob's level of involvement. Hope they turn up in force in July to show you what I mean!

Almost all South Korean teams have TRUMENDOUS support ! All their fans wear the jersey, or colours, no exceptions ! and ALLLLL are singing the whole game !

Yeah extremely vocal the south koreans , I remember them at the 2002 world cup , really amazing support they had then. So I can imagine them supporting in same fashion their teams. Good to see that , I love when fans get so involved in games. 12th man they surely are.

yep korean support IS powerful. but the japanese support is amazing as well. they REALLY know how to get behind their teams, whether club or country. the prawn sandwich brigade could learn a thing or two from this lot. and the whole chelsea fan base should watch and learn as well.
