Ok game. We played alright. Not superb not shit just competant. No probs. Pissed me off when Ronaldo got booked but my God, what a player that guy is. Without playing well he still managed to bag a couple of goals. I thought Giggsy was excellent too and Hargreaves ran his heart out. Anderson played well too. No worries.

Rooney wasn't a happy chap. I thought he should have stayed on, he looked like he would have scored. Shame. We had some great moments but also it looked like we couldn't find the right pass when it mattered, too often there were balls over hit or players picking the wrong pass. Just nitpicking though innit, Ronaldo did great for both goals.
PS The linesman was a COCK!

Two little things that pissed me off today. One, it was a stone wall penalty and two, Tevez, although brilliant at times today, was rather greedy. When he could've played someone in he'd try and put himself into a position to score and then lose it.
The positives though, Tevez and Waz looked good together again, Rooney looked sharp, Saha looked a lot fitter in the short time he was on, Ronaldo just keeps scoring, clean sheet again and we've won.

I was there at the stadium ;D East Stand upper level with me mate who got the tickets done a week or so back. That boy Ronaldo did it again, and should have gotten a penalty from what I thought...thankfully the crowd got on the refs/linesman backs and chanted in unison 'the referee's a wanker' Atmosphere was okay, being this was the first time I was actually part of a proper game rather than working most of the times. 2nd half crowd was better than first. and yes many people started leaving around 7-8 min before normal time to get to their cars and avoid the crunching traffic - not a pretty thing to get stuck in trust me.

Ronny is absolutely on fire. He just tore them up! Wow... When we were playing well we were great, but we faded off a bit during the middle of the game. We were sloppy in front of goal and could have scored more but whatever, we got the three points. And the referee... Why the hell would Ronny go down after he rounded the keeper and was on a hattrick?!

Sir Alex believes Cristiano Ronaldo was denied a clear penalty against Fulham because of an unjust reputation as a "diver".
Ronaldo went down under a challenge from Fulham goalkeeper Antti Niemi in the 79th minute but referee Rob Styles booked the Portuguese winger for simulation.
Unlike similar incidents where strikers go to ground after pushing the ball too far in front, Ronaldo never looked in danger of losing control. Had Niemi not clipped his heels, Ronaldo would undoubtedly have gone on to tap in his third of the night.
"The penalty incident is a result of the referee's perceived idea that Ronaldo dives," Sir Alex told Setanta Sports. "There's no question about that. Why would he want to dive? Ronaldo was going full pelt, he was past the goalkeeper, he's on a hat-trick… it was a ridiculous decision."
The United boss also said Fulham stopper Niemi had "conned" the referee.
"I think all goalkeepers will try that [to claim they didn't touch the attacker] but it's up to the referee to interpret that. It was the wrong decision – it's as simple as that."

manutd.com Gotta love Fergie going after the refs after being charged by the FA. I didn't see the game i was at school and i haven't seen any highlights but Ronnie doesn't seem to dive as much anymore, and apparently when he had an empty net in front of him. Good to see Rooney get playing time, and Ronaldo continuing to have an amazing season. PS. Thanks to Remad i watched the penalty and theres no way that was a dive, Ronaldo is trying to go over the keeper and the keeper catches his leg with the fore arm.

How unlucky was Tevez - how he didn't score I'll never know!

Cheers for the clips remad, very nice indeed! I don't think we can say anymore about how great it is to have Ronaldo on our team.

Ronaldo is just amazing. Easily the best player in the world although Kaka is gonna win the award. This game shoulda been over in the first 15 mintues... how Tevez didnt get at least two goals is amazing. As someone mentioned tho...he was very greedy today and should have passed the ball more than he did. Also he was caught offside at least 5 times.
