HERE GOES ANOTHER OF OUR TRANSFER TARGETS.FRANK RIBERY CLAIMS HE IS DESPERATE TO LEAVE MARSEILLE NOT FOR UNITED BUT FOR LYON. ARE WE NO LONGER ATTRACTIVE ? ARE LYON A CLUB TO ATTRACT BIG NAMES THAN UNITED? WHATS GOING ON WITH OUR TRANSFER POLICY ? WHAT ARE THE OFFICIALS IN THE CLUB UP TO ? WE WERE PROMOSED SIGNINGS B4 THE WORLD CUP AND THE WORLD CUP IS ALMOST HALF WAY AND NOTHING . ARE WE EXPECTING TO SIGN PLAYERS AFTER THEY MIGHT HAVE HAD AN EXCELLENT TOURNAMENT AND THE LIKES OF REAL , BARCA , ARSENAL OF EVEN THE EVER WAITING CHELSKI START POPING ON US . WHAT EXACTLY IS GOING ON , I THINK THE UNITED TOP BRASS HAVE FINALLY LOST THE PLOT . WE ARE DOOMED !!!!!!!!!

Thats a bit erratic, can understand where your coming from but I think it's a bit early to be giving it the board just yet. I would like to see Ribery go to Lyon, heard nothing about him b4 the World Cup and seen nothing that makes me want us to sign him since HERE GOES ANOTHER OF OUR TRANSFER TARGETS.FRANK RIBERY CLAIMS HE IS DESPERATE TO LEAVE MARSEILLE NOT FOR UNITED BUT FOR LYON. That's good news imo, as soon as we were linked with him I remember sayig he wasn't upto much, pretty average winger, he'd never improve our side.

Only seen Ribery on has a sub for France, he didn't look like much.
Like David Villa though, are we linked with him, or is he the one person playing at the World Cup were not signing.

There's Villa and Ray winston, everyone else is on there way to Old trafford.
I like Joaquin,if going to sign a winger!

Ribery is better than Joaquin I don't think so, I think Ribery is over hyped, and that'll inflate his stature and price. For me Joaquin is a better option IF we're after a winger!

Thank god for that! He's shite, all these so called top class wingers aren't fit to lace giggsys boots, i know hes getting on a bit now but judge these wingers against giggs at there age, not in the same class. Ribery is no better than Richardson, and i mean that, sometimes i am sure people get took in with the fact they are foriegn

Why on Earth would a club buy a player BEFORE the world cup...there is no point...we are being patient, and as for Ribery...Im not too much of a fan, we shall see though...

I've seen this guy play about 5 times now, and i'm yet to see an end product, he runs past one or two then gives it away on the third or bad crosses muck it up for him. Not to say he can't do better but he's only proven in a French team in the French league with one good season, is that enough to buy him on?
...there's no point getting all pissed if he chooses Lyon over us not least because we don't even know his reasons, there isn't any competition which is the biggest club but if your asked if you would prefer a good carreer at the biggest club in your country or the biggest one in the world some will prefer the first.
