Well Thierry, Eto'o was the skinny black guy who surged through (ONSIDE don't forget) to score the equalizer and eventually be voted Man of the Match. Ronaldinho was the buck-tooth Brazilian who didn't stop probing the L'Arse defence till Barca scored the second.
Which leaves to me to ask, ''Thierry, where the fuck were you in Paris on Wednesday 17th May?''
Over and over again, the ''World's best player, Thierry Henry'' fails to appear in the big-games for L'Arse and France.
For too long now the media has gone on about this guy, he is a top player but I wouldn't swap him for Ruud or Rooney. They always play their hearts out and appear on the big stage and NEVER moan at their players or stand there hands on hips like they are bigger than the club.Yet, Ruud is never mentioned as one of the greatest foreign players to play in the Premier League (Which he is). WHY? Because, he plays for #unitedbanner# .
Thierry Henry is a top player, but IMO he is not the best striker on the planet; Ruud is! Look at Ruud's records compared to Henry's and you'll see what I'm on about. Ruud is always under-estimated and Henry is forever eulogised about because of one-thing Henry is an ENTERTAINER and Ruud is a passionate FOOTBALLER. I know which one I'd prefer.
P.S. Fergie, do what's best for UNITED and keep Ruud.
