When I see the Avavtors with him on or even a picture of him IT MAKES ME CRAVE TO SEE HIM PLAY FOOTBALL.

Am I sick or what? It's almost like an addiction I love United and nothing gives me a better feeling then see them win and win with style and Im gettin the same vibes from the Roonster.

You almost have to pinch yourself to realise that the talent is at the disposal of Manchester United.

I won tickets for United V's Everton at OT, tickets were the bollox pre match meal free bar etc in the Stretford Suite and was sat with two scousers who won the equivelant on Scouse FM.

Anyway these scousers were not all that bad but one of them in his dulset scouse tone just wouldn't stop bangin on about this kid Rooney and it was basically goin in one ear and coming out the other.

Anyway the scouse was sat next to me too during the game so couldn't help but stand when singing "All hate Scousers clap yer hands" nothing malicous just a bit of banter.

Anyway the game was the one Scholes scored late on with a screamer and I think we won 3-0 all scored in the last 5 - injury time.

Rooney came on with ten to go and I kid you not I instantly thought of Maradonna the way he ran at people and glided past them with ease, don't recall who played in dwefence that day but they got run ragged the last ten, I think he went on and scored "that" goal against the Gooners the week after.

Thats the first live experiance I had of the kid Rooney, the next live experience was the Fenerbache debut, need I continue

My first live experience of Waz was his debut...and I was blown away by his performance and at that moment I knew United would always be challenging because this guy, if he develops all good could be up there with Best, Charlton, Law, Cantona, etc as TRUE United legends...THANK YOU EVERTON

I used to dislike him (whilst at Everton) Rooney this, Rooney that, who gave a fuck. But then I sat up and started taking notice of him, his strength, his darting runs, his quick turn of pace, his incredible shot power and individual brilliance. Then when I got wind of him coming to united, you can say I was more than happy.

The kid's a genius in my eyes, he could be a bargain buy at the £26m or so that we're paying Everton over a period of time.
