1. Rooney- no explanation needed
2. Mascherano- Last time I checked, he was 21, so he should be on this list. Made his international debut before his club debut, that tells you something about him. Already a vital part of the argentina team.
3. Ronaldo- refer to 1
4. Messi- Disappointed he didn't play a part in the champ league final against L'arse, but is a key to future sucess for both Argentina and Barca.
5. Fabregas- I'll probably take some heat for this one, but you have to give credit where its due. He was a key part for Arsenal going to the finals, and interest from teams like Madrid give the indicaton that he'll be a one of the top mid-fielders in Europe for years to come.
Other Notables: Freddy Adu, Guiseppi Rossi, Sergio Ramos, Theo Walcott, TWAT aka Obi Mikel, Jefferson Farfan, Wes Sneijder

1. Wayne Rooney - The White Pelé - Enough said! 2. Cristiano Ronaldo - Future World No.1, unless Waz has something to do with it ;D 3. Leo Messi - Will this World Cup see the making of a star?..I think so! 4. John Obi Mikel - Is a twat, but still got talent in abundance. 5. Guiseppe Rossi - Call me biased, but this guy is beter than Adu & Walcott and will be the best striker in World football at sometime in his career.

Rossi has all the potential to become a world class striker. He just needs soem first team experience, hopefully SAF will loan him out for the year to get some.
