From Sky Sports:
Milan are thought to have made Didier Drogba their top target to replace wantaway Andrei Shevchenko.
Drogba is thought to be considering his future at Chelsea after growing increasingly frustrated with the criticism he gets in England.
Milan are drawing up a list of targets as they seek someone to fill the void which will be left by Shevchenko's expected departure.
Speculation is growing in Italy that Chelsea and Milan could agree a swap deal for Drogba and Shevchenko.
Drogba's agent Pierre Frelot claims Milan are interested in the Ivory Coast international and that the former Marseille man would be interested in a switch to the Rossoneri.
"Milan are very interested in Didier and he would be extremely happy to play for them," said Frelot.
"An exchange with Shevchenko could be a solution."
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho insists he wants to keep Drogba, but if he could use the striker in a swap for Shevchenko he may decide to let the African leave Stamford Bridge.
Phew. I hope this is true. Because I dont want them pinching Ruud!

Yeah, hopefully this is true because it will mean they will perhaps not be pursuing Ruud, who I want to stay at United. A deal of Gallas & Drogba plus £10m for Shevchenko would be good business for both parties.

What a very, odd decision. Milan already have Inzaghi and Gilardino, and I would have thought with the money they'd get from selling Sheva, they'd easily get a better play than Drogba.
I'm better than Drogba.
I know spoons that are better than Drogba.

From BBC Sports:
AC Milan are contemplating a move for Manchester United striker Ruud van Nistelrooy as a replacement for Chelsea-bound Andriy Shevchenko.
Van Nistelrooy is reported to have fallen out with United boss Sir Alex Ferguson, while Shevchenko is about to begin talks with Chelsea.
"Van Nistelrooy is the man we want," an AC Milan spokesman is quoted as saying in The Sun newspaper.
"He is one of the few players in the world who could replace Sheva."
Van Nistelrooy, who has scored 150 goals in 200 starts for United since joining five years ago, has said he will not make any decisions about his future until after next month's World Cup.
The striker often had to settle for a place on the bench in the second half of last season and left United's final game against Charlton before kick-off.
Van Nistelrooy claims he was asked to leave the team hotel and was subsequently told he would not be allowed to appear in Roy Keane's testimonial.
The club are yet to comment on the situation, but after the Charlton game, Ferguson explained there had been "a couple of issues during the week that concerned us in terms of the spirit of the club".
Last week, former United striker Dwight Yorke said he expected Ferguson to make the right decision over Van Nistelrooy, no matter how ruthless it may appear.
"Sir Alex only sees what is right for Manchester United," Yorke told BBC Radio Five.
"If he sees Ruud as an asset to the club, he will stay. I don't see Ruud leaving, but if Alex thinks otherwise, that's how it is."
Yorke left United after being frozen out by Ferguson, who has reportedly fallen out with Van Nistelrooy.
"The manager is a winner, I respect him greatly. He sees things about people," added Yorke.
"It was no different for me, or Ruud and Jaap Stam. When he sees your time is up he only thinks about Manchester United and his players."
Yorke joined United in 1998 from Aston Villa for £12.6m and forged a productive partnership with Andy Cole, helping United to the treble in 1999.
But in 2002, after two disappointing seasons at the club, Yorke was told he had no future at the club.
After leaving Old Trafford, Yorke played for Blackburn and Birmingham, before joining Australian club Sydney FC.

Lol Dizzy, ‘’ I know spoons that are better than Drogba ‘’
Drogba isn’t good enough for Milan, fact. And Jose won’t allow him to leave, that’s what he came out and said, he said he’d rather have Drogba sit it out on the bench than leave. But if he did end up leaving, then he’d scoot off somewhere to France.

Or have they found a treassure map leading to a topez is drogba's arse? He's one of the worst players in the premiership! Yeh apparently Lyon were willing to pay £27mill for him. But I imagine that has to be bollocks. He was a good player in the French league, and so I suppose if any of these clubs watched him before he signed for Chelsea, they might quite fancy him at their team. But really, the French league is pretty shit. Being one of the best players in the Premiership really is a sign of you being a great player...being one of the best players in the French league is NOT. I'm not complaining though if Milan want Drogba, I think it's pretty funny lol.

Yeah they obviously think he can deliver in the french league, either that or they are going to make the money back in oil from his hair!
Milan are insane though, they could land Rvn for 10 mil but they'd rather sell one of the best forwards in the world to chelsea and then pay THEM to have drogba replace him LOL what has the world come to?

£10 mill?? Andy Johnson = £8.5 mill
We best get a HELL of a lot more than £10 mill for one of the best all time European strikers! Maybe they've already approached us over Ruud and Fergie said no? Wishful thinking lol.

I see no reason for us to sell Ruud on the cheap, why should we lose out. Droga 27 mil sheva 35 ruud should be somewhere around there imo!
