Headache almost cured after 4 day's, started to vomit quite violently last night but now im ok!! Just..

Soooo, iv treated myself to 8 bottles of Grolsch, gonna knock some posts out on here then off to the local at 7pm!

I’m rather good, my day off so I’ve sent the girlfriend off to a spa for the day, told her to take her time (in other words, I don’t care when she’s back) and I’m sat here patio doors flung open, birds chirping and the sun beaming down on my face, feet up, drinking my beloved Export whilst I type to you lot. raR!

Glad your head ache’s gone mate, thought you were a goner for a minute there !

The head is still slightly throbbing but I can live with fella ;D

Im supposed to be having tea with our lass's mum tonight but these 8 bottles followed by 5 or 6 pints at the local is gonna suggest otherwise

Headache seems to be coming back again! Cant be the beer. Cant be the beer!!!

Its weird how they’re called headaches, when the pain actually comes from nerves around the skull anyhow headaches can be caused by so many things mate, which you’re probably already aware of. But does it get worse with activity, one sided, pulsating, if so then it’s probably migraine mate, it usually lasts a day or two but recurs up to several times a month. I don’t know how long you’ve had the headache, but Cluster headaches usually last 4 – 8 weeks, perhaps even a sinus infection?

The only thing I can suggest, because it works for me is eat healthily, drink plenty of liquids, as they flush out toxins, exercise regularly, sleep at the right times, deprivation and excessive sleep increases headaches, I don’t get headaches often, so I presume what I’m doing works.

Pulsating on my left side fella! Absolutley killing me! I work nights so It's not often I can sleep in the dark which is why im having them I think!

Called in sick last night and slept mostly through the night and felt so much better! Iv applied for a day job so hopefully this nights bollocks and my headache will be over soon ;D

Yeah it’s probably due to sleep deprivation buddy. Sleeping at odd time’s wrecks, the way around it for me is just don’t sleep, I’LL SLEEP WHEN I DIE MOMMA! Lol.

You’d know about it if it was a cluster headache or a sinus infection. You’ll find once you get you’re sleeping patterns in order; your headache will eventually go.
