Yeh its funny they had zero patience with Hodgeson and got him out sharpish, yet Kenny spends over £100mill and ends up going downwards. Hell even Rafa got a couple of extra seasons than he deserved. Eventually it'll have dawn on the fans that maybe its not just the managers, they are just a richer mid table team. Since Gerrard got old, Torres lost his spark and Alonso got sold they've really lacked any true quality players. Their squad is very average, 7th is about where they should be. |
