Half Time:
United 0-0 Crewe Alex
A better display than last week, but the play is still poor in the final third of the pitch. Paul Pogba has impressed me with some great play in the centre of the park. Lloyd Weston hasn't had much to in the first half other than pluck some crosses out of the air.

1-0 Crewe Goal: 48mins - Oswell
2-0 Crewe Goal: 65mins - Oswell
2-1 United Goal: 90mins - Keane
United looked poor again and very similar to last Saturday only started to get going when they went 2 nil down. Keane scored late on to give United hope. Team didnt deserve to lose but that's what happens if you dont take your chances. On a brighter note Pogba's debut looked impressive and he looks like a great future United player hard to believe he is still only 16, i predict good things for this young lad.
The under 18s are now going to have to regroup quickly before the derby next saturday at Carrington against City.

How did the other new(ish) signings Fornasier and McGinty play? Sounds pretty good about Pogba, what's his style of play like?

Yes both Fornasier and McGinty played well, Crewe had very few chances because of our defence, the few chances they had they converted unlike ourselves. Pogba in my opinion is in the style of Paul Scholes and Roy Keane. Very impressive yesterday and looking forward to seeing some more of him.

Heard Pogba played very well, hopefully after all the problems he'll pay off and be one for the future.
