Is Barry Fry available and perhaps Dunphy as his side kick?

Can't believe Klopp is still in the betting...
Anyway, out of those who may be gettable it is Pep or Carlo for me...
Nightmare scenario is Pep goes to Shitty and Carlo goes to Bayern...who is left that we would seriously want?
EDIT: OK, I'd give Emery a go...
[no jinx...]

ok, ok! Stop hinting guys!!! I'll drop my name into the managerial hat I can see your team talks and training 'videos' being a succession of gifs, which would be wonderful. Only problem I can see with that is...if the players take it too literally, you might see them playing as if they're doing the same thing over and over again on a loop....which won't make it any different from what it is right now.

I think he has quietened a few critics (me definitely included) with the job he's done at Bayern. It would seem to be a logical choice, but then we employed David Moyes, so we don't really have first dibs on logic.

Guardiola, possession with an attacking threat. I'd go with Tuchel as my second choice, can't even dare to say Klopp since he decided to leave his job as a manager to become a waste collector.

Smug Pep can fuck off. Don't care how good the football is, he'll be found out just like van Gaal has with the size of the job we have on our hands. This isn't a one/two team League where he automatically has the best side by a mile.

Giggs wont be able to disassociate himself from this crap for a while.

This isn't a one/two team League where he automatically has the best side by a mile. To be fair Bestie, if Pep does come here and it goes tits up for him, you can well and truly own the 'I fucking told you so' thread because you've had a consistent stance on him from the start. Personally I'm a bit torn on him. There's that smugness and sense of entitlement that pisses me off. That said, he does appear to have a knack for taking on sides which have the base of possession-domination set by LVG (Barca, Bayern) and letting them unleash their attacking skills. If he does come to us, I reckon he'll need a worldie or two on the attacking front to turn us into a scary team again. Like a Griezemann, Reus, even Ronaldo (unlikely). I can only see him or Carlo as realistic options at the moment.

LVG's payoff would be substantial
