Not much discussion for a match day thread which is surprising..must be the mood around the club.
The game ?
We just have to win and win convincingly ,not worried about the Gap to the top atm. 5 games in and we look no different from a Van Gaal team, the players need to step up because we desperately need a good performance.
It's been a tough week at work having to face City and Liverpool fans.
I need this win.

If only we had a player like Bastian Schweinsteiger to partner Pogba

Are big problem like nanybhave said seems to to try and get the last 3 years out off our system, but with the player we have they should be doing a awful lot better, after city keep marching on and playing very well, we realy could do with laying a marker here today playing well and scoreing a few goals

I used to live in Watford. Got a load of shit for not supporting them. I love beating Watford SO much.

We were all so positive ever since the FA Cup final, but this week has shown how fragile that positivity was for the most part. A win here can begin to make it a lot more solid (though only winning the league will do so fully).

I do think we need to calm down a tad. Thursday was poor but featured a lot of players that had barely any game time. We were garbage in the first half against City but it wouldn't have been totally undeserved if we'd gotten a point. A win today and next week against Leicester and we're very much back on track.

Absolutely this. Looking at the team that faced Feyenoord, some of those players hadn't even been on the pitch this season. Shaw and Valencia will make a big, big difference already.

Really hope Pogba starts dominating in the middle. Getting bored an fed up of reading this nonesense about him being a waste of money. He's played 4 games for us ffs.
Stick 2 fingers up to the abu wankers.

As above, absolutely no need to panic -just yet- difficult to erase three years of dross including the last two years of playing like mindless drones.

As expected, Rooney and Fellaini straight back in. Good to see Rashford keep his place in the side though!
