The entire midfield should be shot for that 2nd goal.

look the top image and see whos just standing there Rooney is absolute wank but for capoues goal Fellaini was at fault. He dropped too deep on to the back 4 when he didn't need to. H e should have held his ground and covered the edge of the box. But it lets not forget. Rooney is fucking wank and should be fucked off

Jose ain't stupid, him or wayne!!!I don't believe the club hold rooooooney in such high regards, (Marketing years ago maybe)its a business I can't believe Jose hasn't had lunch with fergie and this hasn't been mentioned it just must of, Must of!!!! Who would buy Rooney if tomorrow Jose came out and said he won't play again...who??? I don't even think Everton would wAnt him,USA or China? To me that says it all,Jose stop fooking about and put us out of our misery Thanks WAyne, but your stealing a living tuck off Los Angeles FC and LA Galaxy are pretty logical destinations for Our Wayne, and both clubs would welcome him with open arms, such is the state of affairs in the MLS. New York would be a better option. Less sun, closer to home.

We've lost 2 games already and have only played one major rival , titles winners usually lose a max of 4 games.
How do we win the title from this position?
Should we still be talking about the title with the way we are playing?

Should we still be talking about the title with the way we are playing? City aren't going to be this good the whole season. Sterling looks like a world beater. He'll be back to shit within a few months. The defence will creak. De Bruyne will get injured. They'll have Champion's League. Not sure what we'll be like but there's a long way to go.

Should we still be talking about the title with the way we are playing? Nobody should be talking about the title in September, let alone before the season starts. What we should be talking about are the reasons for the shit football we're being served. We've got one of the best squads in the league, but players and management alike do not appear to know what they're doing. We have a new manager and a completely new spine to our first XI so I suggest leaving the panic button alone for the time being. Two of our new signings didn't have a proper pre-season. Leicester won the league last season so everyone is entitled to believe that anything is possible, but it was daft as fuck to celebrate the title preseason just because we spent heavily.

Last year with Chelsea and the Dippers being completely shit we still couldn't get 4th. This year both of them will be challenging and Spuds and even Everton under Koeman may be challenging for it also. It's early days, but as it stands nothing has changed from last year

I prefer to focus on points total which takes into account draws as well as losses. Also I think winning the title is an unrealistic objective. I am sure Mourinho's remit is to challenge for the title as opposed to struggling to finish 4th like his predecessor and I would be happy with that.
We've finished on around 65-70 points over the last three seasons. I think our target should be to clear 80 points. That is usually enough for second place and if City or Chelsea stumble badly we may be able to sneak it.
Out of a possible 114 that still would allow us to drop 33 points. So as long as we do not draw too many games we can get away with losing several games. I think the main thing is to make sure losses are sporadic and we bounce back effectively from them and win the next game. That was one of the hallmarks of Fergie's sides.
