i remember it and i hated it ! it was followed up by a 6-3 defeat to southampton and then a 2-1 defeat AT O.T to chelsea...3 terrible defeats on the trot ..... and we still won the league that year  ... |

Those were the days of the premiership, us lot giving Shearer a load of stick and him giving it back. i'm sure he's got a secret respect for us... A loss here wasn't too bad a result to be honest, at least it made Keegan think he could win the title again and nearly made him go on another "i would love it" rant. can anyone else admit they almost applauded Alberts chip... what a goal...  |

In all my working life I only ever worked with 2 barcode supporters, and that was only for 2 months. Wouldn't you just guess that this result happened then. I still feel a little twinge of anger when i think of their faces when i showed up for work that morning.
