Does anyone know what the card suspension system is for the World Cup? How many yellow cards do you have to get to be suspended and does it carry through from the group stage to the second round?

I don't know tbh, I think it's 2 or 3 yellows a suspension. I want to know why Vida is suspended for the first game though, because I thought all suspensions from the group stages where 'wiped off' for the finals?

Hmm guess not, I always thought it was 2 yellows = 1 game ban and same for a red. The FIFA website got nothing on it about the rules?
