France shit again!
FINITO: France yet again were poor. Boasting an attack of Wiltord, Zidane, Ribery, the world's fuckin greatest ever Henry and Trezeguet and Saha on the bench, Senderos and the Swiss defence kept them at bay for the full 90mins. I don't understand this thing with Henry and now I'm going to start a rant. Henry, the world's best. Better than Ronaldinho, Eto'o, Rooney, Van Nistelrooy, Shevchenko, Raul and Crouch...I think not!...Why keep him on the pitch when he is so ineffective?...his usual lazy self, Ribery gave him a sitter which he missed. He had an easy header which went yards over. Then finally some hope for the French, Louis Saha and David Trezeguet warm up. Yet, Louis Saha comes on for the bright, youngster Ribery. Why not Henry?...Saha placed on the right wing, out of position still done more than Henry in about 15mins. Then he brings off Wiltord, who was also lively. WHY WHY WHY?...take the arrogant gooner and replace him with Trezeguet. Push Saha and Trezeguet up front and leave Wiltord in midfield. My point..HENRY IS NO WHERE NEAR THE BEST...HE IS SHIT ON THE BIG STAGE EVEN AGAINST THE LIKES OF THE SWISS. He said in the Stade De'France, ''I never seen Eto'o or Ronaldinho, where were they?''....WELL MR.BIG BALLS....''WHERE THE FUCK WERE YOU IN THE STADE DE'FRANCE AND TONIGHT, YOU ARROGANT, LAZY TWAT!''.... This would be my starting lineup next game for France: Barthez; Gallas, Silvestre, Abidal, Sagnol; Ribery, Makelele, Zidane, Wiltord; Trezeguet, Saha!....
MAN OF THE MATCH: SENDEROS - Kept France's attack at bay!
MOAN OF THE MATCH: Mr.Over Rated, Mr. Henry...Mr.''Where was he?''
PREDICTION (2-1 France): INCORRECTO MUNDO!
SCORE: France 0-0 Switzerland

What a cock that Swiss guy is handballing it! That was a goal for certain, and in the last minute of the game too. Prick. Henry went missing. Ribery doesnt look too clever. Good to see Louis get on.

Yeah Alexander Frei, Djourou was right tehre waiting to knock it in.
The other Swiss guy had a sitter, it was a header which Barthez saved with his legs.

Henry did go missing, and when the chances came he bottled it big time, he's got nobody else to bame and he deserves the harsh critcism from the french! As for his commenst about Ronnie and Eto'o well, Eto'o was the one who scored the goal, and Ronaldinho was the one putting through those awesome through balls Thierry As for Ribery, Hopefully now they'll be less of this "Utd should buy Ribery" That's probably about the 6th time i've seen him and pretty consitsant with what i've already seen, nothing special, and not as effective as park giggs or Rnaldo, he's all hype.

Brazil vs. Croatia - KO 8pm (BST)
My Prediction: 3-1
Teams:
Brazil
01 N Dida
02 M Cafu 03 F Lucio 04 S Juan 06 R Carlos
11 J Ze Roberto 05 F Emerson 10 G Ronaldinho 08 R Kaka
07 L Adriano 09 L Ronaldo
Croatia
01 S Pletikosa
03 J Simunic 04 R Kovac 05 I Tudor 07 D Simic
02 D Srna 08 M Babic 10 N Kovac 19 N Kranjcar
09 D Prso 17 I Klasnic
----------------------------------------------- Live On BBC1 ----------------------------------------------- I expect Brazil to come out all guns blazing. They play a 4-4-2 but we know very well that they won't have a visible formation when playing. Free-flow attacking football, the Dutch call TOTAL FOOTBALL and Cantona calls JOGA BONITO. It can be expected tonight my friends, forget how fat Ronaldo is I'd put my house on him scoring, well I wouldn't but I reckon he might score...

I'm going to say this before I see his performance because I don't want people saying, ''You only said it because of this or that...'' Ronaldo looks very fit and built and has certaintly lost a lot of weight. If worse comes to worse and Van Nistelrooy leaves, I would love to see Ronaldo at Old Trafford. Yes, he is 29/30 but I believe he could do a job for us for 3 years atleast and would love to see him playing alongside Rooney.

Ronaldinho. I love the guy as a person, a footballer, an ambassador, a sports' personality but I absolutely despice when he runs to the referee signalling for the opponent to be booked.

KAKA puts Brazil ahead near half time.
GOAL: KAKA - 44 mins As half time edged closer and closer, Croatia looked as if they were going to hold Brazil, the current World Champions to a draw at the break. Step up KAKA, the AC Milan man who's future is uncertain, shrugging off two defenders he sweetly struck the ball into the top corner of the Croatia net.
SCORE: Brazil 1-0 Croatia

Brazil take a slender lead into the break
HALF TIME: Brazil scored on the stroke of half time to deflate the Croats. The Croats had fought all night long and kept at their own game, closing down and being so disciplined in defending. The injury to their captain, Kovac, would of effected them but they must be wondering why they couldn't hold them to the break. They are playing a very economical 3 at the back, which makes it hard to believe why Adriano keeps dropping deep. Even the Brazilians are making tactical errors I suppose, but how long can you hold the Brazilian attack out?...they boast a phenomenal attack, Kaka, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Adriano and can even afford to have Fred on the bench. I can't see the Croats coming back now because they don't pose much of a threat up front, the goal near the break would of hurt them and I can see a goal rush.
SCORE: Brazil 1-0 Croatia

A little off topic I know, but BBC are showing an interview with Sven today and he has said ''defending a 1-0 lead is not the right attitude''...hopefully that means we will not see that action again. But knowing the Engilsh media who have slated defending a 1-0, England will go 1-0 up against a big side, concede one and then he'll get slated for not defending it...so it could become a lose/lose situation for Sven, unfortunately.

I feel sorry for Ronaldo and I'm really wanting him to score tonight. He recieves a lot of unwarranted criticism from his own fans at Madrid and the media. He was Real Madrid's best striker last season and 2 goals away from the record for World Cup goals which I hope he reaches in this, more than likely, his last World Cup.
