From Sky Sports:
Ecuador coach Luis Fernando Suarez has highlighted Wayne Rooney as the player who will pose England's biggest threat in Sunday's World Cup second round clash.
Suarez, whose side qualified for the knockout stage as the runners-up behind Germany in Group A, believes the Manchester United striker could prove the difference between the two sides.
Rooney is still feeling his way back to full fitness after being laid low for six weeks by a broken metatarsal but Suarez is in no doubt of the 20-year-old's capabilities.
"He's very fast in the last quarter [of the field] and it's difficult to disturb his movements with or without the ball," said Suarez.
"We must pay attention to him. He can make a difference at any moment."
Suarez believes Ecuador have a chance of causing the biggest shock of the tournament so far - particularly if The Three Lions continue to perform well below par.
"There's a possibility [to win] if they play at the level they have been playing, or worse," said Suarez.
"But with such players you can always see them producing a fine performance. Brazil, for example, were pretty quiet in their first two matches but improved against Japan."
