Spielberg and Hanks pulled no punches filming this series. Absolutely horrific.

Spielberg and Hanks pulled no punches filming this series. Absolutely horrific. I'll have to get round to watching that Now watching The Green Scarf (1954) - Michael Redgrave in a huge beard before he invented the Bouncing Bomb

Under Siege 2. Sunday night now and the TV gets boring so one from my TV Box. The only time I have the TV on is for live football or to watch the news or Sky Sports News when I'm eating I watch DVD copies of TV series - no ads, no logos, no voiceovers during the credits 99.9% of normal TV is shit and has been for decades

Last two of the day Maniac (1963) decent Hammer thriller set in France Fear No Evil (1969) 2 hour supernatural TV Movie with Louis Jourdan and Bradford Dillman (who surely was in every film and TV series made between 1965 and 1980 )

Nightmare Alley (1947) - Tyrone Power in probably his best role in a tale of greed and redemption The Intruder (1962) - The Shat before he was The Stat or even Captain James Tiberius Kirk - not recommended if you are easily offended by early 60s language "A man in a gleaming white suit comes to a small Southern town on the eve of integration. He calls himself a social reformer. But what he does is stir up trouble--trouble he soon finds he can't control" - written by Twilight Zone legend Charles Beaumont

Watching a video of our grandson's 9th Birthday Party. Just got back in and our daughter put a video out on her timeline in Facebook. No booze, just a lot of mums, and kids running around. Cakes, sweets (I made sure I had some of the cakes & sweets though) and what not flying around. I have a bloody headache now. I just hope its gone before the United match comes on tonight compliments of the BBC. Either will be gone (headache) or watching United play shit and we win and will still get another headache and a squeaky bum watching them.

Last one before the game No Man of Her Own (1950) - Always thought Barbara Stanwyck was a bit scary without realising what a great actress she was

Was watching Sky Sports updates but got pissed off with them going on about Uniteds match last night and Rooney diving and switched over to the BBC early morning news. But guess what? All they keep showing is Rooney again and his swan dive. FFS, if that what Rooney has to do to score goals for United nowadays then so be it. Watching Quincy,M.E now, will have a break from seeing Rooney and his you know what.
