I agree with your player of the month being anderson he really is a little gem and as long as he doesn't get carried away off the field he will go on to be the best midfielder in europe never mind united. Nani for me has been awesome lately showing maturity and development in every aspect of his game, he seems to be able to cross all of a sudden aswell and leading our assist charts. Great read as always scott.

Congrats on the award Nath, well deserved as it was the last time. I always enjoy your sense of humor.
Aussiegraham I loved the story about nicking Steve Bruce's girlfriend and I can't say I'd want him after me even though he seems like a nice guy.
I was surprised at your choice of match of the month Jak but I see your point, and more importantly it was a match that kept our winning ways in the league. I love it ever time we stick it to the gooners and while some can take more delight in beating the dippers, Arsenal is a real rival not that second rate team relying on its history to mask 18 years of league winning impotence. I agree that the line up we saw is a sign of things to come and it is at it should be because our older players should play a bit less now and come in when their experience is needed.
Anderson is a great choice for player of the month and has started his first PL season much better than I ever expected. He's not afraid to get stuck in and quickly changes the tempo of a match when he comes on, his contributions to our attacks have also been very impressive even when they don't result in goals he has the determination we want to see in a player.

Congratulations to the member of the month, it's contributors like yourself that make this forum so enjoyable. Anderson seems to be the popular choice for player of the month, and well-deserved it is too (with Nani not far behind?) MOTM had to be Le Arse for me, with them being my all time hated team. I've just been reading Arsehole Whinger's latest comments on various boards #Wa# Oh, and that Aussie bloke. What a plonker!  ;D |

Nice read people. Always good to read it. Well done Nath. Deserved MOTM. Good game review too. Im also glad you waited a week Jak as the performance in the Newcastle game was a better performance than the Arsenal game in terms of the way we played.

Great issue! Nice to see Anderson get Player of the Month, must have been hard choosing between him and Nani. I also think Carrick is too often overlooked and was in top this month. I can't comment on the Game of the Month as I missed both the Newcastle and Arsenal matches  Congrats on the Member of the Month too Nath, you would have been my choice as well!  |
