Anyone watching the open? Im not the biggest golf fan but i tend to watch the big tournaments. Everyone seems to think tiger woods will win his 4th open title but its a tough course and anything can happen...

Everyone seems to think tiger woods will win his 3rd open title but its a tough course and anything can happen... Tiger is going for his 4th open this year. The early action has been good with Sergio Garcia taking an early lead but anyhting can happen over the next 3 rounds. To be honest, I will just be glad if any European wins. 8n years with no major wins for any European is a long time |

My friend is a clamper and he clamped Harringtons BMW in Dublin one day. Harrington demanded that it be removed for free! When he was asked to sign the form thing he said "People pay for my signature." That was a bit of a letdown. Don't let that take away from the moment! Great day for Irish and European sport. |

I thought he always came across as being a decent bloke!
Glad he won anyway ahead of Garcia.

yeh i was down my sports club and they were watching the cricket so i didnt know the result until quite late, when i left my house i thought segio was certain to take the title. jus goes to show anything can happen in sport.. good luck to padraig and atleast a european won it so thats good..
